A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently will definitely prioritize you as a candidate. Honesty, excellent communication skills, the ability to work on a team toward common goals, the ability to multitask , and a general love of quality (plus beer & pizza!) should be among the traits you possess. This position will require you to be on your feet for extended periods of time, work a schedule that includes weekend hours and evenings, and be able lift upwards of 50lbs, and climb stairs.
