BIERSTACHELNTINE'S DAY

We're bringing Bierstacheln to Mount Lebanon in just a few weeks on “Bierstachelntine's Day!” (aka Valentine’s Day)

This event was a huge hit and we want to bring some red hot love to the South Hills!

Whether you need to burn away the thoughts of a scorned lover, or drink caramelized beer with your sweetie pie, we'll be set up right in front of our Taproom from 2-5pm to bring the heat!

Just like in Larimer, we'll be offering this "spiking" for free and we encourage you to enjoy half of your beer to make room for all the foam. Any beer will do, but our beertenders that day will have a few beer suggestions that we think will work best.

This “spiking” process caramelizes the malt for a quick, hot Maillard reaction, creating a warm, marshmallowy foam atop still cool beer. It’s a sensory experience for both tongue and nose!
