Friday is a great day for lovers of tart, mixed fermentation beers and new glassware! We’ll be releasing Sacred Tulsi, a brewers favorite that uses lacto-fermentation and Hefeweizen yeast conditioned on lots of holy basil (aka Tulsi). Plus we’ve got new teku glasses with “Fresh. Local. Beer.” emblazoned on them! The tartness of the beer mixed with the berry flavor of the Tulsi is something truly special. 750 ml bottles (with new artwork from Commonwealth Press) go on sale Friday at both locations! Stop by and try it on draft in a new glass and let us know what you think. Taproom in the Strip opens at 11am, Brewpub at 4pm.
